Guarantee and Value: We believe almost everyone will enjoy our service. However, when you purchase the remainder of a season, you are protected by our guarantee. We ask that you try the service for at least three weeks. If you are dissatisfied, you will be refunded the remainder of what you paid for the season.

For single-week orders there are no refunds. For orders made on a day with morning games, we cannot guarantee getting a response to you before the first kick-off (or tip-off) of the day.
